WASHINGTON, (AP) -- The Obama White House is reversing a Bush administration initiative that used federal health and safety regulations to limit the ability of injured consumers to sue companies in state courts.

I did poll watching yesterday for a lawyer running for district magistrate judge and I learned there are many lawyers out of work.

...And speaking of Trial Lawyers, Fox News had a segment on this morning talking about how much frivolous lawsuits are costing health care providers, and how the MSM isn't reporting it. Big surprise, huh?

All of Obama’s policies include self-destruct mechanisms. Taxpayers are bailing out auto makers who are then burdened with commercially nonviable CAFE requirements. He designates Afghanistan as the primary theater of war then releases top-secret “torture” memos and almost releases thousands of “detainee abuse” photos. Obama claims to want to reduce the cost of health care, so he opens the gate to millions of lawsuits bound to drive up insurance rates.
The boy is either an idiot or a saboteur.
