That’s already happening, with an Indiana teacher’s pension fund, of all things.

Bastards. Another reason Obama HAS to be going to Hell after he dies.

I remember reading that after you die, you view your life and behavior through the person recieving it. Zero is in for the experience of his life and if he is still able to justify himself to himself, he is going to Hell and I won’t shed a tear.

Looking like something out of a Venezuelan newspaper, Barak Hussein Obama is unconstitutionally seizing businesses all over the Nation as if he were Hugo Chavez

This from a man who stood in front of the Founding Documents today and spoke about upholding the Constitution. He is a Socialist Facist LIAR!

This may get me in trouble, but if that were me I’d have a nice big bonfire.

Unlike Chavez, we can Impeach this Son of a Bitch.

Let’s get him out of DC and on trial.

>Historically speaking, aristocratic heads on pikes is a pretty unmistakable sign to the remaining folks in charge that the unwashed masses have had enough. Just sayin’.

LOL - Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

This is happening all over the country!

These dealers should ban together with the investors who are receiving 29 cents on the dollar and take this matter to the SCOTUS!

It’s probably a good idea to close half of the GM/Chrysler/Dodge dealerships because there’s bound to be at least a 50% reduction in demand for the TARP-funded, government/union-owned retirement center solar-powered crapmobiles they’re going to peddle. I for one will never ever buy a GM or Chrysler vehicle again.

The USSC is holding the KY jelly and watching... what do you expect from the institution that, on 25 Jun 05, legitimized larceny/theft under the guise of ‘Immanent Domain?’

First, they went after Wall Street and bankers. Then they went after auto company CEOS. Next in line were selected auto dealers . . .

Who will be next?

>We’re on our own, folks. The law is whatever power says it is. The Constitution is barely even a speedbump anymore.

This may be true; however, We the People, realize that there is one type of law that they disregard at their own peril: the laws of physics.

Why do you think so many Citizens are voting “no confidence” in their government by buying up guns and ammo? The shenanigans of ACORN and corrupt state/county clerks makes it clear that the ballot box does not matter anymore; that leaves us with the ammo box.

“while they are sufferable” may have just passed our Political Overlords by.

I live in a city of 12,000. The same thing is happening to the GM dealership here. Which has been in existence 11 years less than GM itself.

This is all very calculated, folks. And none of it is being done with the intention of helping GM or Chrysler. That is not the agenda or the goal.

The next 4 years?? If this keeps up at the current pace, you’re looking at a hell of a lot more than 4 years. Because there won’t be a national election in 2012. Obama’s detention announcement tells us all we need to know.

First, I despise 0bama. With that said, I want to to see the franchise agreement between this dealership and Chrysler. I would also like to see the the actual notice/letter from Chrysler to the dealer regarding the revocation of the franchise. I am willing to bet right now, right here that Chrysler has the absolute right to do what it has done under both the franchise agreement THAT THIS DEALER SIGNED and the bankruptcy code.

"I for one will never ever buy a GM or Chrysler vehicle again."

It is the UAW that should be held in contempt, and their products should be avoided.

Seems like the owners could simply tell the Feds to get lost, hire a lawyer and file a restraining order with a Federal Judge citing the 5th amendment, and keep on trying to sell pitiful cars.
