Looking like something out of a Venezuelan newspaper, Barak Hussein Obama is unconstitutionally seizing businesses all over the Nation as if he were Hugo Chavez .
In Melbourne Florida, Dodge-Isuzu Dealership owner George Joseph has lost his Automobile franchise. Sunshine Dodge, his dealership, has been a family business for 35 years, one in which he is a second generation manager. He has had to let his 50 Employees know that this successful dealership has been summarily ripped from him, and as of June 9thh he will no longer be a Dodge dealer. Let’s stress here that Mr. Joseph will get absolutely no compensation. He will have to sell his inventory without the benefit of factory incentives, an inventory of over a million dollars. He has, at the request of Chrysler, remodeled his dealership incurring a multimillion dollar debt, which he will also not be compensated for. He has a service Department, which will no longer be able to do Warranty service work, and he can’t sell all those new cars as new. Then there is the 300,000 dollar inventory in the parts department that he is additionally saddled with. In a brief phone call, Sunshine Dodge did confirm that they are losing the dealership.
This is no joke or internet prank folks.

Interesting in that Obama made his speech today with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Meanwhile he is shredding the rights of these dealerships. This will be a horrific 4 years.
He’s also forced out about 4000+ privately-owned name-brand dealer auto dealers. Figure 50-ish people work there, on average. That’s 200,000 people. Now figure in all the parts businesses that help support those places. The transport businesses that work with these dealerships. The car washes around these places. The gas stations around these places.
Oh dear God. All those people losing their livelihoods. This country is going to become an Argentinian economy under Peron.
I hope they torch their business before Zero appoints his minions in the charge of them.

Historically speaking, aristocratic heads on pikes is a pretty unmistakable sign to the remaining folks in charge that the unwashed masses have had enough. Just sayin’.
Are all these dealerships being closed or confiscated as a result of bankruptcy agreements made by the auto companies and 0’s administration, or is this something 0 ordered independently of these agreements? There doesn’t seem to be a straight story on these closings.
The irony alone makes me want to barf. The picture on the story says it all, Obama’s shadow on the constitution he is shredding. the Revolutionary War was paved with LESS for God’s sake! This scares me!
We have congress in bed with the president but where are the courts? Specifically, the Supreme Court. I can think of four justices that I thought would do the right thing.
This Chrysler thing epitomizes the worst of the new administration - have a company break a contract with their bondholders (with the government stealing from these same bondholders), orchestrate a bailout with the stockholders left out of the negotiations, give the assets to the govt and the union, yank the rug out from under the loyal dealerships that have tried their best to sell Chrysler's mistakes. Surprised that they haven't taken the dealerships by eminent domain to be honest.
Expect this type of behavior from Chavez, but not in the US.
These vile children now running the country have shredded the Constitution.

Look at it this way: Danae can gloat over all those 0 voters that will be imprisoned along with him.
We’re on our own, folks. The law is whatever power says it is. The Constitution is barely even a speedbump anymore.
We better use whatever we’ve got, because the “royalty” (politicians, their cronies, and whoever will accept a payoff) are certainly doing so - and winning.
They’re ganging up on their opponents and picking them off one by one. Whoever can rally an army around their banner, a quorum to vote for their policy, enough allies to outnumber their enemy du jour - that’s all it takes anymore.
All of these dealers should find drivers, drive all of these stranded cars to DC, park them in the middle of the streets and walk away.
