If they have his camcorder, then how is video from his camcorder posted on Youtube? He’s the one filming from INSIDE the car after all!

Also, I think there’s much ore to this story. There seem to be TWO videos at least at youtube taken on different days or at very different times at the border. One is clearly in daylight and the other at night. Was he sitting at the border for hours?

He has film of going one way across the checkpoint and then has film of coming back when the actual tasing occurs. Since the case is going to Court, he was able to obtain some of the film I guess from the BP. And you're right there is a whole lot more to the story but I personally think the tasing was extreme and unnecessary.
