Judge Napolitano on Fox is saying that Sotomayor is the most liberal of the bunch. Says that Sotomayor is NOT a consensus builder and that Obama is making a statement with this pick.

The Judge also says that Sotomayor would vote against Barry on certain issues...like presidential war powers. Greta brings up empathy...she had diabetes as a child. (Greta...you were coming to our side!)
