Lauren is the one in denial. Maybe she ought to take a good look at what the Democrat Party stands for, it sure ain't Christian by any means.

Good for Liberty University for standing for their charter. If you don't like it Lauren, then find another college, there are dozens out there who will oblige you!

Where do they get off telling a private university how it can allow its name to be used? And for the record, in the opinion of many evangelicals and almost all fundamentalists, it’s NOT compatible to belong to the party of baby murder, deviant sex, and government uber alles, and also claim to subscribe to the fundamentals of Christianity.

hateful rhetoric

Typical brainwashed liberal response.

It's always about "hate."

Unless, of course, the group being banished is conservative (ex: Youth for Western Civilization at Vanderbilt).

The nice thing about this situation is that Liberty is a private school, not funded by taxpayer money, so the whining libs have no leverage on them to change. Liberty can tell them to shove it and won’t suffer at all by doing so.

It is not possible to be a Democrat and a Christian simultaneously.

I'm surprised Lauren Wolfe is an adult and doesn't realize this.

Apparently it's not okay to be a Democrat, a Christian, and a Liberty University student all at the same time.

Just as apparently it's not okay to be a Republican, a Christian, and a {insert university here} student all at the same time.

Please email them (keep it nice) at

info@collegedemsalumni.com

To not let the left wing democrats get away with this BOLD LIE!!! Please take a stand. You can read what really happened at
http://www.liberty.edu/news/index.cfm?PID=18495&MID=8373

Inform them that as it always seems with democrats, they did not check out their story all the way. Liberty Univ. just said that they do not want the group (which is still allowed to meet ON CAMPUS) to use “Liberty University” in it’s name.

I’m in the process of being accepted for Grad School at Liberty and wrote them an email over the weekend telling them that if I wasn’t absolutely sure about LU, I AM NOW! I respect the school administration for putting it’s money where it’s mouth is. AND, I’m a Catholic. No how, no way would I consider Notre Dame because they’ve lost their moral foundation.

Now they know how Conservatives at Government schools feel.

The only difference is that Liberty University’s actions are legal whereas Government censorship is not...

"Well, we simply won't stand for it. Fill out the fields below to tell Liberty University's Vice President for Student Affairs to reverse his ruling and allow the Liberty Dems back on campus....

Banning the club was a dumb move, especially if the club dissented from the DNC party line on issues of concern. There need to be more conservative to moderate Dems willing to keep the party from going crazier.

Why ban when you can co-opt?

I am an Alumnus (of Liberty) and I will call them tomorrow saying I support their decision, and telling them not to give in to Democratic pressure groups (most of which would ~never~ step foot on Liberty University Campus)!
