Why do you think they want Kashmir? At one time during one of the Muhammadan invasions, they build a mosk there. The Indian eventually beat the Muzzies back, but once they have occupied a territory, they think it's permanently Islams.

Same story with the temple mount in Israel, Same thing with Spain, part of Italy, Serbia, and anywhere else they invaded but were beat back.

The brits divided India during colonial occupation and created Paki Stan, in hopes of making peace, giving the Muzzies their own homeland.

Sure it worked- for a while, until the Paki Muzzies were able to build an army. Now they want Kashmir back, because they had once occupied it. And then they will push further and further until they take all of India eventually.

That's just the way Islam is.

Ishaq:204 "'Men, do you know what you are pledging yourselves to in swearing allegiance to this man?' 'Yes. In swearing allegiance to him we are pledging to wage war against all mankind.'"

Ishaq:574 "In faith I do not fear the army of fate. He gave us the blood of their best men to drink when we led our army against them. We are a great army with a pungent smell.[ I guess thats where the expression "stinkin' muzzie" comes from] And we attack continuously, wherever our enemy is found."

Qur'an:9:29 "Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender, paying the protective tax in submission."

Qur'an:8:39 "Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah."

Ishaq:324 ,i> "He said, 'Fight them so that there is no more rebellion, and religion, all of it, is for Allah only. Allah must have no rivals.'"

Ishaq:587 "Our onslaught will not be a weak faltering affair. We shall fight as long as we live. We will fight until you turn to Islam, humbly seeking refuge. We will fight not caring whom we meet. We will fight whether we destroy ancient holdings or newly gotten gains. We have mutilated every opponent. We have driven them violently before us at the command of Allah and Islam. We will fight until our religion is established. And we will plunder them, for they must suffer disgrace."

Ishaq:300 "I am fighting in Allah's service. This is piety and a good deed. In Allah's war I do not fear as others should. For this ,b>fighting is righteous, true, and good."

Ishaq:208 "When Allah gave permission to his Apostle to fight, the second Aqaba contained conditions involving war which were not in the first act of submission. Now we bound themselves to war against all mankind for Allah and His Apostle. He promised us a reward in Paradise for faithful service. We pledged ourselves to war in complete obedience to Muhammad no matter how evil the circumstances."

Religion of peace? Hardly. It's a cult of war, disguised as a religion.

As the USAF discovered a few years ago, the Indian Air Force is quite formidable. A match with the Pakis would be like the matchup between the Israeli Air Force and ANY Muslim country (even when Egypt used Soviet pilots).

>>>"Religion of peace? Hardly. It's a cult of war, disguised as a religion."<<<< I think it was better put by John Keegan in A History of Warfare: "Muhammad, unlike Christ, was a man of violence; he bore arms, was wounded in battle and preched holy war, jihad, against those who defied the will of God, as revealed to him."

Many Pakistani pilots were seconded to the Jordanian, Syrian and even Saudi airforces during the various dustups.

They flew and fought.

Can’t we all just get along? What good does it do Pakistan or India to maintain hostility? It’s not going to change anything.

""Muhammad, unlike Christ, was a man of violence; he bore arms, was wounded in battle and preched holy war, jihad, against those who defied the will of God, as revealed to him."

The quote is wrong. "Allah" is not the God of Abraham. It is not an Arabic word that means 'god'. Allah is Mohammads god's name. The Arabic word for 'god" is ilah. When Mohammad came back and slaughtered his own tribe and relatives, he just smashed down all the other rock gods, and claimed the "allah" rock as a single diety, thern placed the black rock in the side of the Kaba, which was basically a rock god shrine built from unhewn rocks piled around a watering hole with no roof. A far cry from what it looks like today.

Western journalists are stupid, so they mistake "Allah" for meaning god.

Because Islam is in a perpetual state of war with all mankind. India just happens to be a war that began 1200 years ago, but were a lot tougher than the Mohammadans expected.
So it continues, and will continue for as long as it takes Islam to conquer.

Qur'an:8:39 "So, fight them till all opposition ends and the only religion is Islam."

Qur'an:2:216 "Jihad (holy fighting in Allah's Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims), though you dislike it. But it is possible that you dislike a thing which is good for you, and like a thing which is bad for you. Warfare is ordained for you."

Bukhari:V1B2N25 "Allah's Apostle was asked, 'What is the best deed?' He replied, 'To believe in Allah and His Apostle Muhammad.' The questioner then asked, 'What is the next best in goodness?' He replied, 'To participate in Jihad, religious fighting in Allah's Cause.'"

Bukhari:V4B52N311 "Allah's Apostle said, 'There is no migration after the Conquest of Mecca, but only Jihad. When you are called by the Muslim ruler for Jihad fighting, you should go forth immediately, responding to the call.'"

And yes, it will change things. Everyone will be praying on prayer mats 5 times a day to "allah".

The black rock is said to be a meteorite.

The controversy surrounding the use of ‘God’ and Allah’ is mundane. It is a matter of perspective: Western perspective and Islamic perspective. As such, from an Islamic perspective, Allah = God, along the same lines as Yahweh = God.

But did the Christian Arabs use ‘Allah’ for ‘God’ during the six centuries prior to Mohammed, or was it forced on the Christian Arabs post-conquest by the Muslims?

Christian Middle-Easterners (Arabs are properly only the Bedos from the deserts of central Arabia, the people from Syria are Aramians, from Yemen are Yemenis (descendents of great civilisations), the Bedos are and always were uncivilised) called their God Illah (or the Syriac word for God -- Syriac is a parent language of Arabic).

Al-illah or Allah means The God or Lord God. It's a generic term. Taking a parallel to Hinduism, the Rig Veda refers to Devas like Varuna and Agni as Asuras, in the sense that Asura was a term for "Lord" in early Vedic times, however, by middle Vedic times, Asura meant supernatural beings who aren't gods and then by the ADs, it seems to now mean demonic figures.

Anyway, I deviated from the main topic -- the Arabic term for The God is not used and was not by Syriac Christians (and definitely not by Coptic Egyptian Christians who speak Coptic, a separate Afro-Asiatic language derived from the language of the Pharoahs. The Kor also has 99 words of praise for Al, like shining morning star, the most beautiful etc -- and the Bible and Torah all talk about an angel who like being complimented and being called beautiful. That angel was called Lucifer, the morning star.

Pakistan has voiced concern over the acquisition of Airborne Warning And Control System (AWACS) aircraft by India and said it would counter the threat by inducting 500 American Beyond Visual Range (BVR) missiles.
That'll help when the Taliban overrun the capital of Pakistan. Oh wait, no it won't.
