If he’s talking about non-violent offenders who are incarcerated for a single offense, I have no problem with it. But he’s nuts if he wants businesses to hire people guilty of capital crimes.
If someone would have just hired Rezko when he was a kid we might not have had a 0bama problem.....
And get SUED for not going by background check results???
