Just because outright, objective infanticide has been "legalized" (e.g., late-term abortion, refusal to protect born-alive infants), are we then required to say that infanticide is "just?"

When the law no longer serves justice, then it seems pretty clear to me that a state of de facto anarchy already exists.

Indeed. And tragedies like this today are the result.

I join in prayer for everyone suffering under this tragic event - whether Tiller's loved ones or members of the pro-life community.

You are so spot on!

Lets put the blame where it deserves to be, the courts. They imposed these vile practices on us with out our consent. If the issue of abortion had been handled through the legislative process we may not have liked the results, but we would have had a say in it and could reform it if we could garner enough support.

I'm praying that the killer gives himself up before any innocent person is hurt.
