Orly Taitz’ crew posted it here on FR yesterday, but Jim and the Moderators recognized it as a hoax, and pulled the thread within hours.

The same story was cut and pasted to other websites in what looks like an “astroturfing” attempt.
My guess: Source was EURO, original author (maybe) Igor Kaluginin ; Intent: to further affect US currency values at a time when Russia is floating the idea of a Russian-based European currency; and (of course) the creation of further dissent in this country.
