Arguments that had been expected to be taking place before a federal appeals court right about now on whether U.S. citizens have a right to know that their president is eligible for the office he holds have been delayed.
Philip Berg, the first lawyer to take the issue of Barack Obama’s compliance with the U.S. Constitution’s requirements for president to court, says he’s been told by officials with the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that the oral arguments in his Berg vs. Obama case, No. 088-4340, have been put off.

The appeals arguments haven’t been dumped they’ve been “put off” but you know what they say about justice delayed.

Too late WH. Pretty much the entire population is on to little zerø's lack of the real BC, school records, forged Selective Service form, voting records, etc.
It will not stop, it will not end, it will continue on and on until there is a "mistake" and the real zerø is revealed. All those that participated in the cover-up will have an "excuse" and those that demanded the truth will not give a single rat's azz about excuses.

I not too respectfully disagree with this judge. Who the hell has standing, if the citizens who vote in this nation don't?
With the separation of powers doctrine, it would seem the citizen would be the only entity that could challenge.
Otherwise impeachment would be about the only way to challenge. Is that the threshold we have to reach now?

Once you get outside the cult of personality, and once people understand the difference between a Certification of Live Birth and a 'long form' Birth Certificate, the question just won't go away as long as the Obamites are hiding the facts.

Anyone know anything about Plains Radio, Steve Pidgeon tonight. Ed Hale is talking about the API tape and that Berg has Obama’s Kenyan BC. Oddly he mentions another town in Kenyan as the place of birth - not Mobassa.
I tried to listen but they are always just about to have some blockbuster and it fizzles.
An ineligible person serving as POTUS creates an illegitimate government; at least those who would sign treaties with this nation could claim.
The Israelis should refuse to allow the US to broker peace deals on the grounds that we have a illegitimate president, and there-fore an illegitimate government...or at least send a back channel statement threatening a public announcement to that effect! If shady goings on are occuring, Barak will have too much to lose and may back off
on Israel!
