And I doubt they ever want to know, or took the time to study it.
In the end, it is for God to judge all...but the murder and the ghastly, gruesome nature of the procedures that produce it are a known thing and the doctor's involved in it leterally have blood on their hands, and a lot of it.
God grant that we can put a stop to it.
Leave us Southern Baptists out of that list. We are in no way for abortion.
The oath hasn’t been required for most of my lifetime, and I’m no longer young.
What I said was that they were not aware of the full details of the nature of what their Dad did...becuase that would cut through the PC talk and platitudes and glossing over of what he did.
That's why I published my own article on it, with the graphic picture that lays bare the truth of the wretched, bloody, gruesome procedure.
Like pictures of the holocaust, that type of picture exposes the truth. I take no pleasure or joy in publishing such a picture. It is ghastly, graphic, and hurts the soul and the heart...but it is also the truth of what monstrocity has grown up aorund us and cuts through all of the apologists.
The unborn he killed have eternal souls I assume. There is curious line Jesus says about not fearing the person who can destroy our earthly bodies but to fear the one who can condemn our eternal souls. Given that we are all sinners who could be in a position to do so without also condemning oneself. Perhaps the unborn who never had a chance to breath a single breath? I am not sure but I wonder about this.

Yes, eternal souls. God takes care of them. They become the cherubs surrounding the Blessed Mother and receiving from her the motherly love they were denied on earth.
That’s not Catholic doctrine, but I saw it in a dream and I believe that dream which settled the question for me.
“Thousands of abortionists? Not really. Certainly the Guttmacher Institute would like to believe that but they count a mere 1,787.
I don’t think we want to discuss what sort of effort it would take to eliminate these people ~ obviously not a whole lot ~ “

That’s a lot of people to kill. That is thousands - or almost 2,000. Then you’d have to deal with the counter assassination squads that would form to kill our assassins...you’d have a full blown war on...and what do you suppose the government would do about that?
So really, you’d need to take on the government as well, probably, do get this done and bring about the non-abortion society that way.
You say “not a whole lot” of effort would be involved. I say you’re clearly wrong.
This is notwithstanding the kind of anarchy such an effort would involve (unless such a group overthrew the government and took over the nation.) How in the world is such possible in our day? (vs. say 1775).
Abortion alone would probably not be the driving cause that ‘freedom from tyranny’ was for the Patriots of 1775 or ‘states rights’ were for the Confederates or ‘saving the Union’ was for the Yankees.
Perhaps godless communism might be such a motivator. Are we there yet?
But you see, the implications of a statement like “I’m glad he’s not alive to do abortions” don’t make sense when you draw them to their conclusions, or when you, like some have here, compare such efforts to the Revolutionary or Civil Wars.
The oath hasnt been required for most of my lifetime, and Im no longer young.

I see. Do doctors still take it voluntarily?
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Matthew 7:22-23 KJV)

Dachau................. 36,000
Osama Bin Laden...3500
Ted Bundy...................35

If you have a plan in mind to do that keep it to yourself until you've dealt with all the permutations and combinations, etc.
Then you can tell everybody about it, but ELSEWHERE.
