Who Is Responsible For The Death of George Tiller?
The Cypress Times ^ | 06/08/09 | Terry L. Brown

Posted on 06/08/2009 10:42:15 AM PDT by Patriot1259

Are pro-life advocates complicit in the murder of George Tiller? Ellen Goodman wants you to believe so. Her column in the Billings Gazette insinuates that though the suspected killer physically acted alone, his actions are the result of a pro-life community that, instead of adamantly (or sincerely) denouncing those with extreme anti-abortion passions, inflames those passions by “casually refer[ring] to abortion as murder”, calling Obama the “most pro-abortion president ever” , “ratchet[ing] up the rhetoric on a Supreme Court nominee”, or “cull[ing] doctors from their honored profession by labeling them ‘abortionists’.

Would Goodman prefer to call abortion a blessing as was done by Katherine Ragsdale, an Episcopal priest, in a 2007 sermon? Would she prefer to call Obama’s abortion viewpoint one of moderation, when as an Illinois state senator, he voted against a bill that would require medical treatment be administered to a baby born alive after a botched abortion rather than allowing him to die from neglect?

While Tiller’s murder is reprehensible and wrong, I make no apology for my pro-life stance. I have done nothing wrong unless speaking the truth is a crime. Rather, an apology is due to the forty-nine million babies judged unworthy of life by being murdered in their mother’s wombs since 1973. These babies were nothing less than human sacrifices offered on the altar of “Choice”. And one of the largest altars was located at an abortion sanctuary in Wichita, Kansas with George Tiller as the presiding high priest. He willfully took the lives of 60,000 innocent human beings as he bowed in worship before his god – Satan.

?Who Is Responsible For The Death of George Tiller?

Well, aside from the shooter, that would be George Tiller.

He wasn't some passerby in a drive by shooting, or a bystander in an armed robbery.
He was targeted because of his actions.

Actions have consequences.

A large part of the “extended responsibility” lies with Sebelius and Morrison.

If they had enforced the law as the people, through their reps, had instituted,

Tiller would be alive in prison right now.

inflames those passions by...

“casually refer[ring] to abortion as murder”

But it is murder.

calling Obama the “most pro-abortion president ever”

But he is the most pro-abortion president ever.

“ratchet[ing] up the rhetoric on a Supreme Court nominee”

What does that have to do with abortion? We don't yet know her position.

“cull[ing] doctors from their honored profession by labeling them ‘abortionists’.

But they are abortionists. That's what they do. These are not Pediatricians.

Do Liberals ever think at all?

Planned Parenthood, NARAL, Democrats, and; perhaps least of all, Scott Roeder are all responsible for the baby killer’s untimely trip to hell.

I think the MSM has been quieter about George Tiller’s murder than I would have expected. There was much more hysteria over the murder of Matthew Shepherd, for example, than there has been over Tiller’s murder. (And MS’s murder turned out not to have been because he was gay, although you’ll find that news almost nowhere.) My hunch is that the MSM do not want people to examine George Tiller’s life and work too closely.

“casually refer[ring] to abortion as murder" Since when is the ending of a life referred to casually?....when they dub it "tissue" so it doesn't sound like murder. The killing of millions of Innocent human beings because it's an inconvenience to carry till birth is all our fault as a society for allowing it. We coddle our criminals and kill our young, what's wrong with us?

I do believe Mr. Roeder might have had something to do with it.

So using Ellen Goodman's logic, we can now denounce all Islamic and pro Islamic movements for the death of one soldier and wounding of another outside the Arkansas recruiting station, right? I'm waiting to hear from Ellen...

It’d be rather simple to revise that sentence accordingly.

Can't anymore, they all fried their brains on drugs way back when.

I believe it was a drug-related murder, meaning the killers were high on drugs. (The victim may have been, too, but I emphasize that I do not know that.) NBC Dateline or 20/20 or both had shows about the real story behind Shepherd's murder. By the time the shows were aired, many people had a vested interest in this crime's being viewed as a “hate crime”.
