0b0z0 and his thugs are raping our economy to redistribute the savings of America to union thugs and the non producers of America.

There will be a reckoning for this---of that I'm sure.

Excellent synopsis of what occurred! I have seen very little written on the $10 Million fee the expert was to receive if the Chrysler deal went through. From Monday, Bankruptcy Attorney Thomas Lauria Reviews The Chrysler/Fiat Case

........."LAURIA: Well in fact there's no competent evidence in the record what the liquidation value of Chrysler is. The expert who testified in front of the bankruptcy court below left out critical assets from his valuation analysis. He used multiples that were well under market and most interesting to me, he was going to get a $10 million success fee if the deal went through which really raises a question as to whether or not his testimony was biased. "...........

The whole deal stinks.

Well, there HAS been a record increase of gun sales. Perhaps the people are voting no confidence in their corrupt government... that is, I think, the best way to look at it.

It is also discussed in the Indiana filing to the USSC.

It would take some type of general indeed to decide that the enemies to the Constitution were domestic, and that only a military solution could save it.

And how would he start? One wrong step, one failed attempt at recruiting a core of senior officers, and that would be it. Running across one general staffer who thinks, “Hmm, if I go along with general DBrow, I may not get another star. But if I turn him in, I definitely will, before I retire”. Then, he’d have to get a bunch of light colonels too, and a gaggle of lower officers, and a division or two of enlisted before he could move.

As for the “enlisted” scenario, let us pray that we don’t descend into that type of chaos.

Don’t think that it would HAVE to descend into chaos... there are many capable and competent enlisted, and some with outstanding leadership skills.

It may be that such a scenario, could bring great good... if the enlisted-types got the support of the people, then I think it would be all over for the politicos. That’s a big if though.

They’d have to break with existing law and lots of tradition to do that.

Which existing law are you referring to? I think all of our laws have been discarded by Obama's Washington. If there is no law, then, nothing is illegal!

Without the rule of law there is no freedom. If people don’t respect the law, they will ignore it. The Supreme Court, the Socialist Obama, and the Socialist Congress are taking away our freedom and promoting chaos.

This is common in Southern Italy. There is law but nobody follows the law (except to hurt enemies). So families become important and families become strong and then families become the law. Read Romeo and Juliet and, then, the Godfather...

At this point, I would support a military junta if it was done to reestablish constitutional government in Washington, restore states rights and ban deficit spending. Let's take a poll to see how many Americans feel the same way...

Same argument they use in cases involving The Kenyan's COLB.

Americans, who buy bonds/corporate notes to support our economy, become the latest target/casualty in 0b0z0’s destruction of our system of capitalism.

Its not just secured bonds. Think about the asset based lending industry. If security underlying bonds can be confiscated in Chapter 11 so can assets securing bank loans. Life just got WAY more expensive!

We probably all need to face reality. The New World Order cabal has taken over. There will be no America and no Constitution. So I have been saying for some time. This Christian Nation will either return to its roots, or be forced to live under sharia law.

Hence there is no more incentive to purchase bonds.

Collateralized or, asset based, lending took a big hit. Not from SCOTUS but from Barry and his little boys forcing the plan with total lack of respect for 6,000 of legal precident on secured lending. Read the Book of Proverbs where it talks about taking your neighbors cloak as collateral for a loan. Now, the unions get the cloak, the debtor walks free and the lender loses. Thanks Barry!

Officially: To have legitimacy, a General or two would have to authorize the move against the government, but I doubt that would happen because, as Col. Hackworth said “They’re a bunch of perfumed princes”... IOW, they are themselves enmeshed in the politics of corruption they should be standing against.

Keep in mind... Qaddafi was a colonel. Most coups are led by colonels who don't really care for perfumed princes... I don't give a hoot who in the military takes the initiative. He/she has my support! The commander of the Alaska National Guard works especially well for me!

Domestic pauperization and electorate brainwashing is not why the Dow is up. Social conservatives should show more understanding of the stock market dynamics instead of attributing market movements to conspiratorial theories.

Equity markets are basically casinos. They do not reflect what's is happening in the financial system or the money markets. Watch 10 year rates and other monetary indexes for the clearer picture. Most people focus on the DOW. Its not the economy...

Two who outright own GM bonds! They need to start a class-action lawsuit. they have the personal stake and can’t be denied a ‘standing, logically.

Not logically, but legally? Obama is the law "L'État c'est Moi", and he will deny them - the Supreme Court has already done essentially that.

The courts allowing 0b0z0 and his thugs to steal from the bond owners to repay the union thugs for votes and donations is like the Germans at all levels in 1930-40.

Life is not just more expensive, there is no rule of law in America any more.
