Perhaps the people who fish the lake I frequent should send the remains of their cleaned fish to PETA.

Throw PETA members. They’re not as attractive, they’re not as smart, and no one cares if you miss one and they hit the floor. The only downside is that they have a worse odor than dead fish.

PETA never surprises me
I look forward to their next absurdity. Gives me a reason to get up in the morning. ;-)

PETA should not be pandered to.

I had to watch the “Fish Toss” motivational video once at my old job. It was okay, I guess, but I don’t see all the hoopla...especially for what that frickin’ video costs just to rent!
Oh yeah, PETA sucks.

If I’m not mistaken, the salmon in that photo has no head.
Do they think what’s done with his carcass really matters to the salmon *now*?

Years ago in Sacramento, we had a semi-pro baseball team called the "Steelheads." One of the fun entertainments during the 7th inning stretch was tossing a steelhead salmon (dead, of course) from the pitcher's mound, and whoever could toss it the farthest would win tickets to the next game etc. It was hilarious, because a fish isn't exactly aerodynamic, and a great crowd-pleaser until PETA got their panties in a bunch and complained it was mistreatment of fish. The fish were DEAD and purchased from a supermarket. I figure if you buy a fish, you can cook it and eat it, feed it to the cats, use it for fertilizer, or throw it around a baseball diamond. It's your fish. But not for PETA.
There's a lot of animal cruelty that PETA could spend their energy on. Dead fish don't make the list. Bunch of ninnies.

you know, vegetarians don’t seem to realize that plants have emotions too.
No foolin.....they measured electrical activity in plants getting their branches torn off, and it increased!
We must treat veggies ethically! We will have nothing else left to eat besides our poo.
and have you ever wondered by PETA doesn’t go after other carnivores, like bears and cougars, for their unethical treatment of other animals?

Maybe PETA should protest the Grizzlies and Brown Bears who toss around live fish, prior to tearing through their flesh while they are still squirming.
