We have been having that problem for a few years now. One year the “authorities” did a great PR job of convincing residents of our village that the bears were “safe”.......so on smorgasbord night (ie garbage night)......around dusk the local residents got into their cars and spotlighted them to get some good pictures.....the bears left town that night for the season. Had we known how to get rid of them we would not have suffered for an entire summer inside our homes.
