Strongest in the (sparsely populated) rural areas... weakest in the heavily populated cities. And the Rio Grande Valley, 95% Hispanic, has totally flipped.

A lot of high tech immigrants to TX are liberals from CA, OR, WA and North East. We have several friends who’s kids have moved to TX with high tech jobs. The companies like the enviroment, but there new recruits tend to be liberals.
Plus..the invasion continues. A lot of the old hispanics may be conservative, but the illegals and their kin are all socialists..want govt to pay for them. They do vote..TX needs a stronger voter ID law..otherwise the RATS may win.
