U.S. President Barack Obama welcomed statements made in Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s speech made at Bar-Ilan University on Sunday, as a sign that "we can restart serious talks" between Israel and its Arab neighbors.

Obama told reporters after meeting at the White House Monday with Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, "Overall, I thought that there was positive movement in the prime minister's speech. He acknowledged the need for two states."

With all the overtures of peace that Israel is making towards her Arab neighbors, why can't the Arab countries at least recognize Israel as a Jewish State?

The problem with peace in the Middle East has NOTHING to do with Israel accepting a Palestinian state.

“US give thumbs up”?!?

Not so fast! It’s rather an expression of Obamanian selfsatisfaction and the following episode of the manufactured hyped obamanian “success story”!

That’s a role play! Who will be duped?

Obama may have punked Bibi by making extreme demands he knew Bibi would never accept, all to get to him accept the "two state solution", which he has done.

Obama is confident he can re-use the same approach int he coming months to end settlements, strip the "jewish state" demand out, and force negotiations on Jerusalem. Obama and the Jewish Benedict Arnold Rahm Emanuel have this all sketched out, believe me.

Interesting headline. If I remember correctly, the “thumbs up” is equilavent to the American sign language using the middle finger.

Bibi has always been in favor of a two state solution, he worked toward it as PM. He was opposed to the concept of a sovereign state, which was a GWB invention. It seems to me he got what he wanted.
