“Got to read the comments. People think this is satire based in truth.”
More like satire based on satire based on wing-nut wacko histrionics, if ya know wat I mean.

The funniest part of all is that his supporters think the video is a documentary.

A very mildly critical satire of Obama, IMHO. The problem is most of the drones really do think he’s a superhero, or worse a god, or even worse THE God.

The Liberal worldview is based on not "getting it" while being sure you're enlightened.
Why would they be expected to get it when their messiah is being made fun of?

The ears make the whole video.

Love the ears popping out when Obambi puts on his superhero hood! :- )

Absolute crap. Jibjab is obviously part of the Obama is God crowd. Not funny at all.

I think it is poking fun at Obama-mania and the messianic self-image of the Chosen One, but it's so true to the view of the media and the Kool-Aid drinkers (but I repeat myself) that the satire would be lost on them.
I suspect that the Jib-Jabberers didn't want to make it too biting of a satire because of the climate of fear these days. Most in the media are treading lightly because of the immediate recriminations against anyone poking fun at or criticizing The Savior and His Ordained Policies. They watered it down almost to the point of defeating the purpose of satire. Bottom line: Far from Jib-Jab's best, but its over-the-top-ness was worth a chuckle.

Oh, man! That is too funny!
Oooh, pirates! And dig the car-load of corn and nuts!! Pretty slick animation, to boot.
I detect the same attitude in this as Kirk had in ‘The Wrath of Khan” as he ultimately lured Khan to his doom in the Motari (sp?) Nebula:
Kirk: “Khan, I’m laughing at the superior intelect.”
Yup, made ME laugh!
