Steve, I think that might be a different Abu Ibrahim

I looked into that possibility the only other high profile living named Abu Ibrahim that I could find that used that name was the Shoe bomber but he got into the 'orginization' about a year after that message was sent.

I will assume it was a low level communication to an unknown using that name.
