Sacramento , CA Hollywood movie stars Kelsey Grammer and Gary Sinise have generously agreed to participate and appear on Move America Forwards campaign to send the largest ever shipment of care packages to our troops serving overseas. Both Kelsey Grammer and Gary Sinise have displayed a long history of support for our troops. They have been active with the USO throughout the years and their participation in our telethon is further example of what great patriots these two men are, said Melanie Morgan, co-host of Honor Their Service. We are honored to have them on our Troopathon. Mr. Grammer and Mr. Sinise will joined what is already an impressive line-up that includes Rush Limbaugh, Vice President Cheney, Jon Voight, Laura Ingraham, Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin and many more celebrities. Kelsey Grammer is best known for his portrayal of Dr. Frasier Crane on the sitcoms Cheers and Frasier. He has appeared in a number of other shows and movies and most recently appeared in the movie American Carol. Gary Sinise is most famous for his portrayal of Lt. Dan in the movie Forest Gump. He has directed and starred in many movie and currently is the star of CSI:NY. About the Project: On June 25th, 2009, Move America Forward, the nations largest grassroots pro-troop organization, will be hosting its 2nd annual Troopathon. The event will be hosted by Melanie Morgan, co-host of the nationally syndicated radio show Americas Morning News, and Andrew Breitbart, who runs Breitbart.TV, and the Big Hollywood blog. The goal of the project is to send care packages to troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. During the 8-hour event that will be broadcast on the internet, radio and TV viewers are encouraged to sponsor care packages for the troops as the guests and hosts discuss various topics related to supporting our troops. Last year, viewers donated more than $1.5 million to send care packages to troops. With the help of Kelsey Grammer and Gary Senise, we hope to surpass that number this year, Morgan concluded.
