I wonder why Greenpeace opposes it.

Seems the far left ‘groups’ are sending a message to the empty suit.
He’s not listening.
It’s congress, stupid.

The giveaways and preferences in the bill will actually spur a new generation of nuclear and coal-fired power plants to the detriment of real energy solutions.
If it ain't wind or solar, they don't like it.

“I wonder why Greenpeace opposes it.”
It does not go far enough. it only rolls back CO2 a little, from GP’s point of view. It should reduce CO2 about 10 times more for them to be happy.
Plus, the bill still allows for some choice, and corporations can still profit.

I wonder why Greenpeace opposes it.They probably think it is too weak.
Here a new plan they might like:
Get rid of all non-solar transportation.
Make non-solar electrical generation illegal.
Ban windmills because a birdie might get hurt.
Ban the non-solar heating of homes and businesses.
Ban batteries because they contain dangerous chemicals.
Feel free to add your own.
