TEHRAN Despite new criticism from President Obama, the Iranian authorities showed no sign Friday of bending to domestic or foreign pressure, saying that the disputed presidential vote on June 12 was the healthiest in three decades.
In Washington, President Obama accused Tehran of violating universal norms, international norms...
The president also conceded that the crackdown would complicate his plans to have a dialogue with Tehran, saying: There is no doubt that any direct dialogue or diplomacy with Iran is going to be affected by the events of the last several weeks.

He was for direct talks with them before he was against them.

One by one Obama is adopting the same position on Bush on many of the biggest issues Obama attacked Bush on during the campaign.Dragged, kicking and screaming and, whenever possible, obfuscating and deceiving. With ever increased clarity this manchild, 0, lacks all moral foundation. He serves neither the needs nor the interests of the American people. He is servant only to his troubled personality.

“There is no doubt that any direct dialogue or diplomacy with Iran is going to be affected by the events of the last several weeks.” --------------------- The assumption that Iran might want to have dialogue with the U.S. makes the U.S. look desperate and the Iranians resolute. Has the thought ever entered Obama's mind that Iran doesn't have anything to talk about? Does it enter his mind that in Iran's mind there is no reason to talk with the U.S. They are determined to make nukes, PERIOD. Obama looks weak by repeatedly begging for dialogue.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Gee, and “direct dialogue” with thugs and killers usually works out so well!

To: Oldeconomybuyer
and Iran replies to the “I’m not going to talk with you if you don’t stop”, with ......... “so?”

Just where is Hillary ?
Could she be keeping her head down, hoping to replace Obama in the next election ?
