Abortion is killing the humanity of our civilization. You can’t willfully slaughter your young and not expect it to rot the core of what makes your society civilized. It is a direct assault on the very essence of liberty.
That being said, if you vote one issue, you leave yourself wide open to be played like a fiddle. Personally, I have three litus tests: 1) Life, 2) The 2nd Amendment, 3) The Global Warming Lie. Get any of the three wrong, you’re not getting my vote.
On a positive note, we had 44 dems who could even tell how bad this was and voted against it.
We must now work hard to make the difference in the senate.
The modern conservative seems to locked in a bizarre belief system that everything will be alright next week, next year, or 2010.
Meanwhile, the commies are busy tearing it all down.

I think it’s scary that it takes that small of a majority to pass something like this.
I won’t go into details at this point but my cousin was already talking about running against Kirk in the primary thinking he was going to go for the Senate seat or the governor’s chair in 2010. Now he will almost definitely run.
My cousin just emailed me to say get ready friends and family I’m running in 2010. I got it right after my last post.
He’s got a solid chance.
How many “last straws” do we need, folks?
This country is going to have to hit rock bottom before people wake up.
The good news is that it’s going to happen very soon.
I saw an interesting thing online theother night saying the 10 worst states shape wise right now are all democrat control and the 10 best are republican controlled or at least most of the bottom 10 dems most top 10 repubs.
Illinois was fine with a Republican gov and a Democrat Chicago mayor. They balanced each other out and on a personal level Daley worked much better with Thompson and Edgar than Blowdryitoff.
Then Reichert is one of the enemy.
Mark Kirk, my rep was one of the traitors. I believe he is considering running for governor of Illinois in 2010. I will not vote for him again.
Screw him.
Then let the real action begin, as we remember so fondly the America in which we grew up, her TIMELESS ideals of man as being endowed with rights from (get ready, God/America haters!) GOD. That's right, from GOD. Not Gaia, not "godess". GOD. May He protect us.
