Saw it with the family on Saturday night. I was surprised by the amount of language and crude humor in this one, especially for the large numbers of kids in the theater. Also, the plot isn't great and you do need to check your brain at the theater entrance. However, the effects were fantastic with a lot of destruction which is why I went in the first place! It's a great action flick and I wasn't expecting a lot of Oscar level acting, so I wonder what the critics were thinking about.

bad robots was absolutely priceless! Hence the bad reviews!

Ummm...... it’s a cartoon. Just like on TV in the 80’s. We just have better special effects now.
