Yep, even if he was born in some HI hospital (he wasn’t) ‘father unknown’ means NBC can’t be determined until the father is.
Think how many guys he’d have to dig up for DNA testing.
I have no idea if he was born in HI or not. I only know 4 things.
1. That the COLB he gave to KOSkidsa and F**Kcheck is a non-legal document due to photoshop manipulation
2. A COLB is NOT a birth certificate.
3. You can petition HI to change something on your birth records, which could be reflected in a COLB
4. Obama is a lying, marxist SOS.
Who 'finds'?
In marriage ceremonies, people 'find' whether or not the union is fit, not judges.
Someone would have to produce solid evidence that he isn't Constitutionally eligible. Then the Judiciary and Congress would take over.
