She did not grow government in Alaska. She cut spending way over what her predecessors spent. She did not in any way grow Alaskan Government. She kicked RINO tail and ended a lot of corruption in AK government. You Palin bashers are so full of sh**.

She has every right to be proud of shrinking government in Alaska, along with all her other accomplishments.

If it grew less than the population, or the Gross State Product, that's a Good Thing. State governments are somewhat different anyway. They have all the powers and the responsibilities of government, not specifically delegated to the federal government in the Constitution. Which means they have lot more legitimate things on their plates. Most roads are state/county for example, not federal. States, and cities, supply water, sewers and sewage treatement, and host of other things that the federal government is (supposed to be) restricted from.

Uh...because it is the truth, because slowing growth is the first step towards reversing it; but, primarily it's because she doesn't lie through her teeth like every Democrap in Congress and especially the Marxist Muslim Liar-in-Chief, who's never met a promise he could not break, and never met a lie he could not make.
