As a public official, Palin would be somewhat obligated to react to the media and their ridiculous charges, but as a free agent she call tell them to go suck a rope.

Besides, with the personal debt of $500,000 that the dems have caused her to endure, the only way she can retire that debt is through book sales, and she could not be as candid in the book as she'd like without it reflecting on Alaska.

I believe this woman, and I believe she is sincere. She is tired of the people she loves being dragged through the swamp while she is gagged by the constraints of office and protocol. After she leaves office, the gloves are off and the left - and even McCain't and his minions - might wish they'd kept their collective mouths shut.

I think the implicit assessment on this thread of her life long courage and steadfastness as well as her actual popularity as well as POTENTIAL popularity is correct-which is why, at the back of my mind, I am beginning to fear that Sarah was taken out by the guy in the White house. Remember who he is and what kind of politics he and his boyfriend Raham play.
