KEYSER, W.Va. – More than two years since leaving her prison cell, the woman who became the grinning face of the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal spends most of her days confined to the four walls of her home.

Former Army reservist Lynndie England hasn't landed a job in numerous tries: When one restaurant manager considered hiring her, other employees threatened to quit.

What exactly happened to her and the others? Were they dishonorably discharged from the Army?

And spent some time at Ft. Leavenworth. Her “baby daddy” is still there.

"She says she submitted hundreds of resumes for all kinds of jobs, but no one would give her a chance. She stopped trying months ago and depends on welfare and her parents to get by."

Boo-hoo! Maybe she should rent herself out as a dominatrix to sickos who like to be treated bad by fat dumpy butt-ugly women.

I was watching a documentary the other day about POW’s being held by the Japanese during the Second World War. They were put to work on the Burma Railroad, and some sixteen thousand of them were killed.

And thats just what happened in one location.

In the current war, the enemy doesn’t hold any Americans prisoner, they saw their heads off within hours of capture.

So having Lyndie England making fun of your nakedness may not be fun, but all things considered its nothing. People should just get over it and she should get on with her life.

When one restaurant manager considered hiring her, other employees threatened to quit.

Evidence?

Who has to know, anyway? I think if you say the name "Lyndie England", most people wouldn't know who that was. If it's because she's 'notorious' in that town, just move somewhere else where people don't know.

People will eventually forget, anyway. Who in West Virginia is a terrorist-sympathizing bed-wetter, anyway?

She doesn't like to travel: Strangers point and whisper, "That's her!"

GIVE....ME....A...BREAK! I couldn't pick her out of a police lineup if she was the only one standing there. Caps and sunglasses? This is more bovine scatology from the Ass. Press. Then again, I'm straight and have never sat down salivating over these photos all night.

The first thing she should do is legally change her name. Then she needs to get in touch with her local workforce center for free career assistance. We help murderers, rapists, bank robbers and pedophiles get jobs in this country, and what she did was nowhere near those crimes.

What she did was kind of dumb, but I’d fault that woman general who failed to discipline her troops, and the leftist press for making propaganda from what was really a trivial incident that was already being handled by military investigators.

I personally saw nothing wrong with what she did to any of prisoners at Abu Ghraib. As I've said before, worse antics happen every day on college campuses in fraternity hazings... and... there are some people who would pay to have such things done to them.

I sincerely hope she gets a second chance. Maybe, as another poster suggested, she should legally change her name and maybe alter her appearance somewhat so that she is less recognizable.
