Would be nice to take it to the EPA and the enviro-weenies by suing to block any action by the EPA to enact any attempted control of CO2.

This is why if enviromentalist want us to take global warming seriously they should be a good example and never exhale again!

(By the way, when did "the world" become "the planet"? And why?) Dunno. But I do know that scientologists have been talking about Earth as 'The Planet' for quite some time.

I need an explanation on this. In the past history of the earth we have had volcanic eruptions by the thousands that have released tons of C02, dust and God knows what else. It boggles my mind that today's industry is saturating the atmosphere with C02 to a point where it causes the earth to warm.
It sounds like Professional BS to me.

Congress could pass a law telling the EPA that it has no power to regulate CO2, but this Congress wont.Unfortunately, the last congress didn't either.

This means that we should all stop exercising. After all, when you exercise, you breathe out more carbon dioxide than when at rest. We must all become couch potatoes immediately!
