United Future World Currency Program THE WORLD IN A COIN
The world in a coin. This is our vision, our hope. It is a necessity and a challenge. What seems an impossible dream becomes an inevitable historic, economic and social process. It is an event which is intertwined with the fate of human evolution.
A single currency becomes the premise for an increasingly global planet. A virtual currency capable of speaking a single, comprehensible language to foster humankind's innate desire to go farther, to surpass boundaries, and move towards true principles of peace, freedom, brotherhood and understanding beyond issues of race, political and religious beliefs and party interests.
We are presenting the peoples of nations, governments, institutions, intellectuals, ordinary people, pragmatists and idealists, scholars and, above all, young people - the real protagonists of the future - with a simple, ingenuous yet determined long-term vision for building an ideal bridge with tomorrow and interpreting a dream to transform into reality.
In this program, currency yet again assumes the principle goal which it has had since its invention centuries ago: to facilitate and codify human commercial and social exchange. And become a form of pure "communication" between different peoples - a communication of ideas, ideals, information and culture. This constitutes progress, development and well being.

Two gifts were given to G8 Members. A homemade book about a sculptor and this coin.
Last big meeting Obama went to he signed away our economic sovereignty. Will he sign away our dollar at this one?
“Unity in Diversity.” ROTFLMAO!!! What a bunch of buffoons.
Unity in Diversity isn’t that an oxymoron or at an oxymaroon?
If some court in the U.S. takes a BC case and he is proven to be an usurper - any thing he signs will be void. Some say maybe not but that one Harvard PhD and attroney said it would be void.
Will the public rebel on the loss of the dollar - not if O gives everyone a $1,000 world dollars and the coins have Michael Jackson on them with O on the other side.
Sophisticated Investors already have a universal coin; gold + oil.
I suspect that the future currency will be electronic, but they may deal in gold for sport.
Somehow I think there's a FReeper out there who can come up with a better world coin than this monstrosity.
It sounds like a motto created in California or Canada.
...or in a corporate boardroom.
Kinda like “Freedom in Submission!” or “Liberty in Chains!”.
forgive my naivetee... but what is wrong with a world currency replacing all other currency? it would simplify travel, obliterate exchange rates, and if based on a gold standard be stable correct? no i am not one of those world government types but if it was just currency what is the big problem? i really am asking for enlightenment here so please do not flame me.
is it Gold? If not, I have no interest.
It seems there is a whole lot of “diversity” going on over in China right now. LOL! Iran too!
I like those. How about “Hopey Changey” or “Hope & Change”?
United in what...control? For whom, by whom, of whom?
I suppose it could be related to the “value” of the economies of the countries involved.....maybe? Like how would we like to have our coins equalized with the likes of some African countries? I’m not educmacated in this AT ALL....but, do NOT think having a world coin would be helpful to us AT ALL!
I’ve got a great name for this coin :
A DOUCHE-MARK
“but what is wrong with a world currency replacing all other currency? “
Government always rises up to regulate finance.
A world currency would necessitate a world government.
Many would say that is the ultimate purpose of this move.
Taking into account that you may not have any theological objections (which I do), any new currency would have to have an international body overseeing it. Do you want a world body, like the UN, that hates the US determining the rules on your currency? Who determines what the exchange rate is for the dollar versus other currencies? Who determines the value and mintage of such currency (thus the power to inflate or deflate such currency?)
Scores of FReepers.
We shouldaughta have a contest...
