It is sad. People should have the right to practice their religion without getting arrested. However, there are some people on FR who want to throw women in jail for wearing a burkha.

Remember also Neda (note the Christian cross around her neck.)

Prayers for the Iranian underground Church... The millions of secret Iranian converts are living like the persecuted early Church in Rome.

And Christian countries continue to welcome them and invite them to stay a while. Christian charity is great, but not when it gets your head cut off.

Christians should always remember that most Muslims are very superstitious, and if necessary, this can be used against them.

For example, “Christian magic” could be very intimidating to Muslims. Like setting a “sacred boundary”, that if a Muslim crossed, he would “automatically” stop being a Muslim and become a Christian. To cross the boundary would mean he renounces Islam.

Of course the real purpose of such a boundary is to keep Muslims from physically attacking Christians on the other side of the boundary.

A related idea is to make Muslims afraid of physically touching Christians. This would take far more planning, but could save many lives.

They’ll be in my prayers. I wonder if writing is more a help or a hindrance, given the current climate.

Y’know even Ghengis Khan recognized the importance of freedom of religion. He viewed religious intolerance as a source of violence. Even one of the most brutal conquerors in history understood this. Yet Islam doesn’t. That’s how low Islam is.
