Church accuses Government of favouring Muslims

Church leaders have accused the Government of giving preferential treatment to the Muslim community because of "political correctness".

By Jonathan Wynne-Jones, Religious Affairs Correspondent

11 Jul 2009

Parishes are being starved of state funds to help the poor as a result of money being diverted to other faiths, senior clergy told the General Synod, which is meeting in York.

A report endorsed by Dr John Sentamu, the Archbishop of York, claimed that the Government had become "unbalanced" in its approach to faith groups.

It argued that the determination of ministers to tackle Islamic extremism in the wake of the London bombings on July 7, 2005, had led to a preoccupation with Muslim communities at the expense of Christian groups.

Subsequently, the report said, churches are facing a challenge to maintain their presence in poor parts of the country.

The report's co-author, the Rt Rev Stephen Lowe, Bishop for Urban Life and Faith, said that the Church of England had applied to the Department of Communities and Local Government for money to "enable us to support parishes".

"It seems as if political correctness by Government may defeat us," he said, adding that the Church was ideally placed to help improve social cohesion.

Finally somebody is noticing this and daring to speak out. Treat muslims the way they treat Christians in the hellholes they call home.

With the watering down of the doctrine and the moral equivalency advocated by many if not most of the CofE, is it any wonder? The Muslims are bent on conquest, as they have for 1400 years. If this is a method that works, then why not do it?

Islam: bringing you the 7th century for 1400 years.

Well, considering we have a Muslim as president, this won’t go far. ;-)

It really is a great scam, isn’t it? Have some big event; invite in a bunch of immigrants to work in the country from the event’s aftermath; give the immigrants a bunch of money when they or their children & family members (who follow en masse) don’t work; and lavish services on the immigrants for their trouble to come to the country. Divert so much national money that the rest of the country is dragged down, especially the impoverished of the country, but also the physical plant, buildings, transportation. Everything.

Couldn’t happen in the US. Nah.

And the persecution of Christians and Catholics so begins.

You are so right.

But let’s go back a step even farther than that. What about the wide acceptance of contraception and the disintergration of families that has resulted?

The question (and answer perhaps) is, do the “leaders” who do so really think that they will be in charge of a mass of serf when it is all done, and they will be the untouchable rulers? That’s a hell of a gamble.

Stephen Greenblatt in his Will In The World builds a convincing case that Shakespeare was a secret Catholic.

“It seems as if political correctness by Government may defeat us,”

Well, that’s the idea, isn’t it?

Baah, when will people WAKE UP?

“do the “leaders” who do so really think that they will be in charge of a mass of serf when it is all done”

The first thing I thought of when reading your post was Bilderberg.

http://home.alphalink.com.au/~radnat/austindependence/bilderberger.html

If you really think about it, the wealth and influence of these people overshadows the world, and they move 4-6 moves ahead of the most intelligent and inquisitive of the rest of us. One of the reasons they met earlier this year in Greece was to discuss the finances of the world and what to do so that ‘things’ would not spin out of THEIR control.

0bama has a couple of Bilderbergers/CFR folks in the WH:

Of course, the CFR, Ford Foundation, Bretton Woods committee, etc., all mix & match:

The list of radical left organizations is appalling, e.g., Tides, etc. Soros funding his spiders. Search/see
