Federal Judge to hear Obama Birth Certificate on the Merits!

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

This Federal judge is the real thing and a careful, measured thinker so will not have gone off half cocked and would have carefully considered the situation.

He was recently out of country and has only just returned.

Alan has been in his courtroom assisting with part of a trial (no, Alan was not on trial).

This judge, who used be with the Orange County, California Superior Court prior to being appointed to the Federal District court in Santa Ana, starts work at 6 a.m. and works quite frequently till past MIDNIGHT (as Alan discovered) and has his quite agreeable staff work in shifts to cover these long hours.

While extremely courteous and fair minded the judge brooks little nonsense from "smarty" attorneys, while bending over backwards to allow a valid point to be made.

This thing has all the earmarks of an e-mail hoax, even down to the double-exclamation mark “ALERT!!” headline. It would be good news if true, but I’d need to see at least two references from reputable sources before I’d accept it as probably valid.

Problem is, it seems that in the past court rulings, ‘natural born’ has been decided to mean both parents are us citizens. this is where obama will have trouble along with proving he was born on us soil. There’s only one reason to spend millions on legal defense of this, and not simply release his COLB. And it ain’t personal privacy. Nothing on there would be anything he either hasn’t said or we supposedly don’t know already. It would vindicate him and end it, yet it isn’t released.

An Officer’s oath is to the CONSTITUTION, not to the President.

An unlawful leader cannot give a lawful order. And the Nurenburg trials set precedent in that an Officer can be held personally liable for following unlawful orders.

The USSC could rule him ineligible...and declare either the 2008 election invalid (Pelosi stands as POTUS until new election could be held) OR declares Biden POTUS.

Should Obama refuse to step down, the USSC cold ask the US Army to remove him...and then we'd be just like Honduras:)
