The facts are that “peace sign” clothing is cool for tween girls. My 9 year old has some peace sign stuff and she will gladly say that she cannot stand Obamarx because he wants to “take all of our money.” She has no concept that it is “anti-war” or a symbol of the “radical left.” She just thinks it looks cool. I cannot speak for the daughter of the POTUS however...
Maybe you should gently explain to her that it’s the symbol of those that literally spit on American soldiers returning from Viet Nam.
