Somewhere, I once read if a person has a Million dollars and spends a dollar a minute, it will take thirty days to spend it all; if the person has a Billion dollars and spends a dollar a minute, it will take thirty years to spend it all.

Someone fluked aritmetic. There are 60 minutes in a hour, 24 hours in a day, that makes 1440 minutes per day. To spend $1M at 1 dollar per minute would take 694.4 days, or 1.9 years. To spend a $1B it would take 1000 times as long, or 1902.59 years.

So if someone had started spending that billion at the time of Christ's birth, they wouldn't have finished by the time my maternal grandmother was born (1898), let alone my other grandparents, who were all older.

This government is a sham and I doubt they will allow us to vote them out.

Almost everything they claimed they feared about Bush is coming true under 0bama. So much of what they tried to project onto the Bush Administration and was false...is happening. They feared Bush would push a third term in office or disrupt elections. Yet, their fear(s) were misplaced, it is they themselves that will bring about what they most fear.

They are a self-fulfilling prophecy.
