Supreme Court Nominee Sonia Sotomayor Calls Roe Abortion Case "Settled Law"
Washington, DC -- Everyone watching the Senate hearings for Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor knew the question about abortion case law would come eventually. When it did, Sotomayor gave the answer most political observers expected -- that the Roe v. Wade abortion case is "settled law."

Dred Scott was once settled law. But today we’re not allowed to even think like that.
Next, ask her what she thinks about Heller vs DC.
Settled until the upcoming civil war. We’ll get all the states with resources and productive citizenry, and the left can get the welfare folks in CA, NY, etc.
And Heller?
So was 3/5 of a man ...
Here’s the shocking truth:

So was Plessy v. Ferguson. Hmm, seems to me like “settled law”, when in conflict with human nature and human rights, eventually gets settled in the other direction.
And we don't take IOUs.
Exactly.
I get that - and I understand there is to be a deference given to previous decisions and precedents of the court...
But her statement on the 2nd seem to be at odds with Heller - where is her deference there?
All I know is the Supreme Court still wants to kill babies and in so doing the Court has killed the country.
