Will the Democrats' Massive Borrowing and Spending Binge Kill the U.S. Economy?
Seeking Alpha ^ | July 13, 2009 | Geard Jackson

Any reasonably intelligent person understands that if the demand for a product increases then (all things being equal, as the economist would say) its price will rise. The same holds in the case of borrowing, except for congressional Democrats. These people seem to think that economics laws are a vicious Republican plot.

Poll figures are now showing that the American public is growing alarmed by the Democrats' utterly reckless fiscal policy. Unfortunately, few people understand just how grave the danger really is

Yes, the cap and tax and the socialist national health care plans will destroy America as the communist democrats and rinos engineered it to do.

Yes..and it’s a shame that we continue to succumb under both parties. Sometimes I think that we really need a “SUCCEED LAW” enacted so the “logical” states can get out of this mess.

It is and will continue to do so. Especially when coupled with Cap and Trade and Obamacare.

"...in critical condition; my question is how long will we hold together..."

You're right, doom'n'glooming's for kids and us grownups have to hold things together.

There's an extra problem nobody's seeing, it's the fact that for the past 8 years taxes and the deficits have been at historic lows.  This means that Obama can spend tens of trillions and America will have power to spare.  OK, a strong America is good but the risk is people thinking that it's the tax'n'spending that fixs things and not our hard work.  That leads to even more mindless statism causing some really serious damage.

You know, I’m one of those fierce believers in the second amendment, who personally doesn’t own a gun. I’m a chick and they make me nervous. I’ve often read that if you don’t feel comfortable around a gun, you shouldn’t own one.

But this guy, with the damage being done with the economy and crime rates rising from coast to coast (and the cuts in first responders because of the economy) makes me wonder if I should just get over it.

If the last six months are any indication of where we are headed as a country it looks like a one way ticket straight to hell.

Hey California, Michigan and everybody else out there: How's all this hope and change workin’ out for ya?

“Will the Democrats’ Massive Borrowing and Spending Binge Kill the U.S. Economy?”

Too late.

In the election, the RATS were once again portrayed as tax and spend liberals who were weak on defense. And the sheeple bleated Ohhhhbahhhhmaaaaahhhhhhhh as they were led to the slaughterhouse.

A firearm is a tool. It can be used by you for good, against you for evil, or not used at all.

If you don't own this tool and know how to use it, you eliminate the possibility of Option #1 - your most advantageous option in a life-threateniing crisis.
