Your headline is a lie, on an unlit highway a guy attacked a lone cop and fought him for an extended time while simultaneously trying to destroy evidence and he died from the struggle after a lengthy fight.
The cops just KILLED the man. WTF is your problem?

The war on drugs has become a monumental embarrassment for law enforcement. A death sentence is now okay for noncompliance? If you don’t spit the drugs out, we’ll choke you to death?
Did you watch the video? The lone cop is trying to cuff the guy and the guy starts fighting and trying to destroy the evidence, in a struggle that long against a young man that large someone can die.
Some people NEED killing. Maybe he was one of them.
They could stop if you can get the evidence into your mouth, then they can take off the one handcuff that they did get on you and let you go on your way. the arrest, the fight, the destroying of evidence all forgotten.

The perp died accidentally from a combination of heart problems and a broken bone he probably received when he was resisting arrest after he swallowed the meth that was found in his system (as per the attached news story).
Moral of the story: You gotta be in good shape if you want to fight the police!

He didn’t die cuz of a traffic stop.
He died cuz he was in crappy shape and wasn’t fit enough to fight the police without injuring himself.
The cops don’t psychically know why he was resisting. So they should just let him go if he says he’s willing to fight to avoid the investigation?
And you’d have no problem if they let him go cuz he said he didn’t want to cooperate and it was later found that he’d just raped your friend or relative?
One thing worth noting is that there is about two minutes of the confrontation missing from the posted video at about 2:25 in.

You’re wacked ,, he never attacked the cop ,, just attempted to destroy evidence by swallowing it ... there is not one frame of video showing an attack on the cop ... HOWEVER after backup arrived at 4:24:20 on the uppermost video timer one cop turns off the dashcam for an undetermined amount of time ,, after the camera is turned back on they call for medical ...
These bastards killed him after turning off the dash cam ... these 2 cops should do life.
