No worries, Ostammer will find plenty of pubs to make up the difference.

I'll believe it when I see it. Don't think he won't make every attempt to buy them off.

After all, it's the Chicago way.

Not trying to be overly cynical here but I really don’t see blue dogs helping us out on this very much. What they’re looking for is a bone or two that gives them minor concessions on some points so they can go home and claim they made the bill better. In reality it’ll still be a loser that none of us will like. Of course I do hope I’m wrong...

Don't think he won't make every attempt to buy them off.

That's already happening and like Peterson in Minnesota with the Cap and Tax farce they'll most likely cave after claiming they got the leadership to give them important concessions.

The real smoking gun is illegal immigrants being covered.

Exactly. That’s how the cap and trade was passed. Back room wheeling & dealing to buy them off.

Please vote on a current and ongoing Yahoo Poll on 0b0z0 care:

Support for the president’s expensive plan to extend coverage to millions of Americans while curbing Medicare and Medicaid spending has slipped in recent nationwide polls.

Where do you stand? Do you support the health care overhaul?

Yes. The plan will save lives and money in the long-term. 16%

Somewhat. It’s not perfect but it’s something. 6%

No. It will burden us with debt and won’t fix anything. 77%

Not sure/No opinion. 1%
