Reparations and preferences are only a good start. The only “final solution” is for the blacks to be the masters and the whites to be the slaves for at least 250 years.

25 percent of ALL UNINSURED in this country are ILLEGALS!
43 percent of ALL UNINSURED in this country can afford it but don’t buy it!
26 percent of ALL UNINSURED in this country qualify for government assistance but don’t apply for it.
That leaves 6 percent actual UNINSURED!!!

Still naive I see. Blacks have some sort of deluded bone to pick and they don’t care about figuring things out on their own. If they were, they wouldn’t be in the mess they are now.

4 years ago, the daughter of a friend wanted to enter a dental hygienist program. She wanted to move from our rural area to Milwaukee, WI, live with her grandmother and experience an urban environment while getting her degree. She was from a low-income family, qualified for assistance, had top grades, was a high-school graduate from within the state and had been accepted into the program at a State technical training community college. Then, she had an in person interview. She was advised to get her training on the Western side of the state of Wisconsin because, in Milwaukee, there were very few openings for Caucasians. The majority of the openings were reserved for minorities. La Crosse, WI, OTOH, is predominately Caucasian and so, there are openings available for them, there. In Milwaukee, there was a 4-year wait for Caucasian applicants.
Anecdote, not data. This has already been established practice in health care of all types.
So how does everyone feel about veterans getting preference when bidding for federal contracts?
Racial diversity has been pushed at Med Schools for a while. The Bakke case was the Connecticut firefighters case of its day. This story from NJ Med School is unbelievable. You can’t make this stuff up:

This innovative project addresses issues in medical and dental education, the health workforce, and leadership in medicine and dentistry.
There are already people pushing to put all alternative/complementary practitioners under a physician gatekeeper. The left wants insurance coverage for these modalities and some practitioners think that will increase their practice and income. It will not. Case loads and treatments will be mandated by the providing institution/gatekeeper and the pay will be lower because payment must be made out of the fee to the gatekeeper and the institution. Medicaid patients can receive covered massage under a physician’s prescription and it is paid out of municipal, county or state programs for the elderly indigent. The reimbursement was (as of 2000) 60% of the common price in the area for that service.
OTOH, acupuncturists have complained about physicians, RNs and other more highly-trained medical professionals using acupuncture, on the grounds that they lack the professional board certification for the modality. The complaint was thrown out because the higher degree trumps the professional certification.
There are a lot of turf wars at all levels of medical and health care practice. Shamans, hedge witches and medicine men are to be subsumed into the mainstream healthcare system, ASAP. There will be no escape for anyone.
I honestly foresee black-market, back alley medical/complementary medical practices springing up if all these restrictions come to pass. You will need a password and the name of “who sent you”. The government, OTOH, will not see any taxes from such practices.
