Some 36 years later from the time I personally experienced discrimination in hiring as a direct result of preferential treatment, the process continues as if there as been no progress.
Based on this legislation, it’s as if the movement to correct past wrongs has progressed from a hand-up to become a controlling authority.
I weep for the poverty stricken white kids who have ZERO representation. They could use a little lifting too. I oughta know, I once was one of them myself. I fought my way out inspite of the odds. But not all are like me. Many simply give up to accept their fate in the environment they struggle.
If your country is anything like mine, those who are underepresented in the medical community would be white, English-speaking men.
You wonder what country you’re in if you enter one of our hospitals, or airports, or cities....
