I'd suggezst taking this list with a grain of salt. Ive read the section about these orders, and though it's quite unconstitutional it doesn't give anyone in government "a say in how ur life ends."
Pre-existing conditions are accepted.
SEC. 111. PROHIBITING PRE-EXISTING CONDITION EXCLUSIONS.
A qualified health benefits plan may not impose any pre-existing condition exclusion (as defined in section 2701(b)(1)(A) of the Public Health Service Act) or otherwise impose any limit or condition on the coverage under the plan with respect to an individual or dependent based on any health status-related factors (as defined in section 2791(d)(9) of the Public Health Service Act) in relation to the individual or dependent.
So far so good. This is already standard for private group-health plans.
The problem is that ObamaCare will arbitrarily decide when to stop treating your condition due to “outcome based measures” (Sec 1162(3)(b)(ii)) of “comparative effectiveness research” (Sec 1181).
So basically if you too old or otherwise deemed undesirable, your treatments (kidney dialysis, etc) will simply be stopped.

Our side needs to FLOOD the TV and Internet with commercials highlighting the most horrific tenets of this bill. Read directly from it and then pictorialize it.
What was the name of the new “Czar”, who wrote a textbook advocating Eugenics? Is it the new science czar (or commissar might be a better word)? People like that are the ones making policy. I think a lot of these bills were written up by Marxist/leftists before Obama was ever elected.
If this passes, you can bet that the ones making life-and-death decisions will be petty bureaucrats—fat ACORN employees—who barely speak/write English, sit and pick their nails, and talk on the phone to their BF all day while rubber stamping document after document.
This bill has been written, in more or less this form, for forty years.
You just haven't been paying attention to the American communist movement. They have been clear...crystal clear...about their goals and objectives.
And, now, they think they have won and no one can stop them.
We shall see. Give it 12-18 months, and I think what TASS always used to refer to as the "correlation of forces" will have shifted just a bit.
What form that will take, it's too soon to know.
But the reds now in power don't have the force to apply that they think they do, and the contrary tendencies (real Americans) may turn out to be more powerful than this rabble in power can imagine.

This is a full out assault on our individual rights and freedoms.
I’m sorry — this bill makes the government a murdering beast. That means we have a horrible duty to preserve our own lives we may have to start taking theirs — that is the lives of the bureaucrats and legislators and judges who would dare implement these murderous provisions called “End of Life”.
I do remember what happened to Terri Schindler. I will not allow it to happen to anyone I love.
