You haven’t been doing your job if they can do that in normal use. But even if they’re being stupid you should not let them crash it.Agree on both counts. However in this case, it didn't damage the machine, just put it into some unexpected condition WHILE he was doing his "UI test". It recovered just fine as soon as he stopped. Not sure what you can do about users who can't read, though.
