According to Hawaii law, one must have a tangible interest in a birth certificate in order for the requestor to obtain the same.

ALAS! TOO LATE NOW! There are now some constitutional/legislative “theologians” who say that even IF the DemocRAT votes COULD be found to impeach him, that Obama is legally UNIMPEACHABLE, if in fact he is not a natural-born American. They say that, because then he would never have been eligible to hold the office in the first place, and so is NOT the President, and thus CANNOT be impeached! The articles simply would NOT APPLY to him, any more than they would to you or me. Meanwhile, he occupies the White House, sitting around smoking cigars, drinking Crown Royal, and flitting about on Air Force One. If true, HOW would he be removed from the White House? Perhaps via an ordinary EVICTION process? Don’t let the media bury this story!
Through DNA analysis, it was proven about 18 years ago that ALL humans descended from one woman. About 10-11 years ago, it was ALSO proven that ALL people also descended from one man. The Discovery Channel had several long shows on just this topic - the primeval Adam and Eve - now PROVEN. That fact, combined with Hawaii’s laws, thus makes ANYONE eligible to request a copy of Hussein’s birth certificate now, IF the law ifs fairly enforced. QED.

This is what I was thinking. Unfortunately, We haven't found a judge in our neck of the woods who grasps that legal concept. I'm tempted to now argue that the tax laws apparently don't apply to anyone in particular either. And... slave owing should, under their theory, be making a big comeback! Liberals is as Liberals does!

That whole schtick fails logic in one regard: If he is not President the Secret Service simply keeps him out of presidential offices. If he is not president then he has no presidential privileges. He doesn’t need to be impeached, but he also doesn’t get to remain as president.
