I would guess each parent’s race would be entered separately on the birth certificate. Barack’s mother would be listed as “Caucasian” and his father perhaps as “Negro,” perhaps as “African.” But I really doubt they would have called the baby “Caucasian” when he obviously wasn’t entirely of white ancestry, however they would have put it (”mulatto”?).
His fact check has only ONE slot for Race, which underneath that, says African.
