WASHINGTON -- The University of Chicago released a statement Thursday saying Sen. Barack Obama "served as a professor" in the law school -- but that is a title Obama, who taught courses there part-time, never held, a spokesman for the school confirmed on Friday.
"He did not hold the title of professor of law," said Marsha Ferziger Nagorsky, an assistant dean for communications and lecturer in law at the school.
The U. of C. statement was posted on the school's Web site two days after the Clinton campaign issued a memo headlined: "Just Embellished Words: Senator Obama's Record of Exaggerations & Misstatements."

I would bet the farm that he is hiding documents and information which make him ineligible to serve. Why else would he sign a bill on his first day of office which stated that ALL of his records were sealed!
Whether its birth certificate, relationships with enemies of the US, lies under oath, fraud, theft which he was involves in and gained millions which were never reported..... income tax evasion, murders of the 2 guys who suspiciously were killed during his campaign

I don’t care WHICH records they are. I do care that he is a COUNTERFEIT, a liar and a coward who knows he is on borrowed time, and wants to cut America off at her knees, which he is doing, before either being found out, or we are attacked and he allows us to be overcome... America ends up being a third world country and obmanation goes back and lives with the king of Saudi Arabia whose ring he kissed and who has been a promoter of him for over 20 years..
I believe he has been “kept”, paid for and groomed just for this - to overthrow America.
Why was there not a vetting process? Who was responsible for that?
Sorry, but on a resume I think that is a acceptable usage by Obama. When your boss says that you “served as a cigarette smoker” you can damn well put “Cigarette Smoker” as your official title.

Not exactly, for example, if your title is Customer Service Rep but you helped train a new hire class once, your title didn’t evolve to Trainer, you are still a Customer Service Rep. (this came up on a resume I saw recently)

In New Zealand our courts send people to gaol for lying on their CVs. We have a case before the courts right now where a senior official has apparently told fibs on her CV. The very least that will happen is that she’ll be dismissed.

May I suggest that example you gave is a great example of a picayune distinction? Did the man serve as a Trainer? Then he’s a trainer. I trust in the future ability of people once they are liberated from the chains of picayunity.
Of course, it’s a little like a back alley crap game—they don’t much care if you uncover their scam-loaded dice, etc. Once you’re no longer fooled, that’s when plan B-force comes into play-instead of a live pigeon who lost their money, you’ll be a dead man who called them on their lies.
BO should have ACORN and his other mobs in place by 2012 to either rig his re-election, or if he loses, burn this mutha down-wait and see.

thanks for posting this article to clear the air- Obama was a Senior Lecturer and part time at that- just recently within this past week Leo Donofrio made a similar mistake when someone posted something from his blog and Donofrio called Obeyme a “Constitutional lawyer”. get it right!!!
