Israel will continue to keep the Gaza crossings closed, except to allow in humanitarian aid, until the release of kidnapped soldier Gilad Schalit, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told US National Security Advisor Jim Jones Wednesday.
Sources in the Prime Minister's Office said a decision made by Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Wednesday to allow the shipment of hundreds of tons of cement into Gaza did not signal a change in the country's policies regarding the Gaza crossings. Rather, the sources said, the cement was earmarked specifically for three humanitarian projects, including a sewage plant under construction in northern Gaza as well as a flour mill.

Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (2nd L) looks through binoculars on a ridge overlooking the Israeli-controlled Allenby Bridge crossing between the West Bank and Jordan July 28, 2009. U.S. envoy George Mitchell and Netanyahu could not agree on a Jewish settlement freeze in talks on Tuesday but said negotiations were advancing.
Bibi surrounded by his Sephardi looking security team.
Bibi: "Get out."
Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (R) meets U.S. Middle East envoy George Mitchell in Jerusalem July 28, 2009. Mitchell emerged from talks with Netanyahu on Tuesday without a deal on a Jewish settlement freeze but he said they had made "good progress".
Share the love.
It appears that Bibi is crushing his hand. Look how Mitchell's other hand is making a fist.
Israeli soldiers are seen marching near the Israel-Gaza border, in southern Israel, Tuesday, July 28, 2009.
Palestinians, whose houses were destroyed during the three-week offensive Israel launched last December, take part in a protest in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip July 29, 2009, calling for international donors to help in the reconstruction of their houses. When you see these chicks screaming for someone to build their houses, doesn't it make you proud that the U.S. is sending your tax money right over?
What's not to love about the Prime Minister? He's had to meet with Gates, Mitchell and today Jones to discuss how to best get the Jews out of Israel-- BUT BIBI'S NOT HAVING ANY OF IT!!! He had to remind them that Gilad Shalit is still being held captive by the vermin that Israel is expected to make peace with.
Mitchell looks like a turkey in profile.
Mitchell will be punished for displeasing the ‘Bama! LOL!
Hello Cinnamon Girl,
Your usual very good job, thanks.
You go there BiBi,
Yo Israel, what is it like to have a leader who is a manly man not a pos appeasing lawyer or pooser magic negro?
George Mithcell is more of a wimp than Obama is CG
Bibi shouldn’t even meet with the dude
great pics, gotta love the quote!
I noticed that with President Bush. He was always relaxed. I think Putin was one with clenched fist at his side.PM Netanyahu seems relaxed too. I think there is a message in there somewhere.)
I always enjoy your posts and look forward to the newest pics of PM.
great pics...love Bibi’s security detail...
Bet Bibi doesn’t call his Law enforcement officers “stupid”...ha.
I doubt Mrs Bibi Nethuryu yell at her security detail
This looks like the Ashkenaz team.
What good looking guys...looks like Bibi trusts them, he looks relaxed...also seems like respect goes both ways.
Maybe that is the tragedy of Obama, he has never surrounded himself with decent people.
Or asks them to carry luggage or serve hors doeurves!
Respect is earned. Bush had that kind of relationship with his security...remember when he “rescued” one of his security guys?
Yeah I remember that I was on FR when that happen
Both security groups look very sharp. If Anoreth (my 18-year-old) weren’t cut off from the Internet while she’s in Basic training, she’d be slavering over my shoulder right now!
