thanks, I am glad after days and days of beating my head against the wall trying to get people to get the facts right that it is finally getting some traction. We should be looking at all sides not just pressing an agenda with false facts.
One out is if Ann went to Kenya and had a customary marriage. It would be recognized in Kenya. It would be recognied by UK immigration law until a later law was passed well after Obama was born. If he hadn’t applied for UK citizenship before that law was passed he was probably out of luck but I think he still would have been a UK citizen at birth.
I think the marriage would have been recognized by US immigration law but not 100% sure.
Another out is if you can find an immigration law that protected the child even though the daddy was a lying bigamist. There are some laws that protect foreign spouses if the US citizen spouse is a bigamist so there may be something out there that is applicable for children.
The easiest way to knock him out on this is to show he wasn’t even a US citizen IF born in Kenya. So someone should be looking into finding something that would do this under the fact pattern of a Marriage Void Ab Initio.
Btw, this kind of marriage can be subject to a collateral attack even if both parties are dead.
If he was born in the US, the bigamist marriage is still important because you don’t know how SCOTUS would rule. They may not consider the status of the father but the status of the child. So it would be important to figure out if he did , in fact, have UK citizenship.
He claimed he did. He should know he did not under a bigamist marriage. So maybe he was born in Kenya.
Or maybe there is something in the UK law that would protect the bastard child born on foreign soil when daddy was a lying bigamist. If both parents knew I doubt there would be protection. It would be a case if one party was duped by a liar.
I guess UK has more information on this since they did have colonies that were polygamous.
