Something bad is taking place at the border.
"We're seeing a lot of MS-13, says Agent Mike Scioli of the U.S. Border Patrol. "They're typically known to be guns for hire, they're known to smuggle narcotics and human traffic across the border illegally."
MS-13 stands for Mara Salvatrucha, the most violent street gang in the western hemisphere.
Last week Border Patrol agents arrested two MS-13 members: one in Tucson and one in Nogales.
The Nogales arrestee was identified by his tattoos - - the letter M on his right bicep; the letter S on his left; the number 1 on his right triceps; the number 3 on his left.
"He was already deported from Los Angeles back to Mexico and he was attempting to re-enter to join back up with his gang," Scioli says.
Tucson's Border Patrol Sector is the busiest in the U.S. Last year its agents arrested about 317,000 illegal immigrants. Scioli says 16 percent, or almost 50,000, had some type of criminal record.
But the presence of MS-13 merits special concern.
They specialize in transporting arms and drugs across the border. Most of the weapons come from El Salvador - - the homeland of most of the gang members - - where a hand grenade sells for $10; an M-16 rifle for $200; and an AK-47 for $1,500. The Maras have made a fortune by purchasing such weapons and selling them to members of other street gangs throughout the U.S.

Shouldn’t we be paying them?
Maybe we could just lend them McCain...
As long as we continue to roll over, liberal fashion, for these anarchist thugs, we will eventually be overcome and overthrown. We don’t need to be “arresting” or “deporting” these animals - they need to be shot on sight, if we value our survival as a civilized nation. This is war, and pre-emptive solutions are well warranted.
‘Soooo... like nobody would notice this guy sneaking across the border?!?!’

Ok, you can pass.....give my love to Pamela1
Two words. Land mines.
Yes and a special thanks to the US Government!
Friends in Monterrey, NL, Mexico were warning me about MS-13 in the 80s, showing me “tags” on walls, teaching me what to look for since we live in S. Central Texas. Being raised on the Border having friends in Mexico was no big deal, always a pleasure to visit them.
On one of my last visits, they had said that if MS-13 gets control of anything, any governing body, any form of control that we were all going to be in a world of hurt.
Now here it is and we continue to sit on our duffs as if nothing is happening that will effect our little worlds with our “stuff”. Well folks, this gang is ruthless and you darn sure will be feeling the effects of their lawlessness soon.
The arms smuggling has been basically run by them, BTW, the price quoted for that M-16 doesn’t cut it. I don’t know where the author got that info but that doesn’t pass the reality test. Regardless, the enemy is within the gates and has been aided from within. These are “interesting” times? Heck, these a perilous times.
“Land mines” Oh no! That would be like the israel Lebanon border..........what would the “International Community” have to say about that??
Out of the question.
Need to declare a “shoot on sight” of anyone with MS-13 tatoos.
Those vermin need to be killed. All of them.
The “international community” would probably claim that we needed to cede some of our territory to create an independent mestizo state.
Exactly. Cheap and effective.
“America’s Paleostinians”
They deserve a homeland for Homeies.

The border is like a vacuum. The U.S. government refuses to control it, so now this criminal gang has assumed the position.
Why does Janet Napolitano insist on ignoring the US Mexican border..and instead, wage jihad against Canada?
